UPDATE: SELinux policy is ready for testing. It will not be a part of Apache
policies for now because there are two new directories which are needed
to get Passenger to work properly on Fedora.

I tested Deltacloud API (Sinatra) and it works well (mock driver needs some
small changes, but EC2 driver is working out of box).
Of course you should be able to run every Rails application as well
following same steps.
