fox is closer to be in Fedora

I took this one and packaged for Fedora.

I will post the review request probably this week ending, meanwhile i 
setup a fedora-fox repo for people interested in testing.

$ wget http://repos.fedorapeople.org/repos/gomix/fox/fedora-fox.repo

After succesfull tesing/reviewing fox, the plan is to package fxruby 
part. If anyone has a comment on this, plz do.
