We moved BigDecimal out of Ruby into separated thread. If you package 
fails with message like:

/usr/share/rubygems/rubygems/custom_require.rb:36:in `require': cannot 
load such file -- bigdecimal (LoadError)

Please add "BuildRequires: rubygem(bigdecimal)" into your package. It is 
highly probable that you will also need "Requires: rubygem(bigdecimal)".
