If ruby-core reach Fedora seeking for help with packaging Ruby, I'll be
glad to help. But I can't see benefit of upstream RPMs, since upstream
RPMs will be necessary based on different assumptions/preconditions then
Fedora RPMs, so it does not make sense to offer any help.
