Bundler broken in Rawhide

Hi,

If somebody happens to use Rawhide, I just want to let you know the
rubygem-bundler is broken state. It cannot load native extensions [1]
and it does not work correctly with --local parameter [2]. Previous
version of Bundler [3] works just fine.
