Forgot to post the meeting logs, so for anyone that didn't make it here
are the minute summary and full log.

People interested in being on a tactical mailing list, send an email to:
herrold at owlriver dot com with subject: gitlab effort.

There was also an idea to hold any future meetings to #fedora-meeting.
I'm looking into it and let you know.
