I will try to update the Phil's image to F-12 during the next few days.
If I remember there were some obstacles, but my own image is F-12 based,
so I should be able to resolve them again.

I agree that we should jump directly to rawhide. Otherwise we would be
always only trying to catch the state of primary arches.

On the other hand, the kernel and the userspace are built to run only on
z9 or better (z10) hardware, so having an option for users of eg. z900
makes sense. Even if it would be presented with a root filesystem image
in the first phase.
