Missing initrd.addrsize in LPAR install

The minimal LPAR install file references a initrd.addrsize, which is
supposed to be in the images subdirectory of the ftp site.  This file
is missing.  It appears to be generated by utils/geninitrdsz.c or
addrsize.c in RHEL, but I'm afraid I don't have much information
beyond that.
