and we have a problem, Mono 4 builds fine when "hardening" is disabled
(on F-22), but fails on F-23 where it is enabled by default. See
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1228570

But there seems to be a difference between mono-4.0.1.28.tar.bz2 and
mono-4.0.1.44.tar.bz2 ...
