  Almost missed replying to this email :-)
  Initially I packaged only cbc in Mandriva, but later an user requested
full packaging, so I did it. Spec at:

  Sage build checks for existence of some headers, I think at
least cplex.h if I recall correctly, but that is closed source AFAIK,
and need a license to have the header and library.
