My interest in getting these dist tags standardised is unbroken, because
e.g.
1.fc3 > 1.FC4
because of ASCII collation order. Current Dist Tag Guidelines at
http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/DistTag use lower-case dist tags, but
several packages and updates in Fedora Core use upper-case dist tags.
We [in Extras] should be safe if we used only lower-case dist tags.
