- remove ubbold.fd (#458150), thanks to Jason Cross
- fix broken Euro sign (#459332) and Romanian accent (#460266),
  thanks to Vasile Gaburici
- do not directly depend on restorecon and run it only if
  selinux is enabled
- update to texlive-2008 version of envlab
- get rid of the bogus perl require for -doc subpackage
