Log Message:
Revert "- only (temporarily) disable Falcon on F12+" (i.e. keep it disabled everywhere), Krossfalcon is just broken according to mathstuf (and that's the only Falcon stuff in kdebindings at the moment), and Falcon 0.9.x will probably get pushed to F10/F11 too.
