New upstream stable release 1.16.1.
- Remove patches which are included in 1.16 release.
- Fix Source URL.
- Includes new GObject bindings in gobject{,-devel} subpackages.
- New tool 'virt-format'.
- +BR perl-hivex.
- Various BRs added for GObject support.
- Appliance requires libxml2, psmisc.
