commit b65f9ed036fca30c0684bfc6fe72d72a53e9867a
Author: Josh Boyer <jwboyer at fedoraproject.org>

    Revert "Revert "Drop -doc subpackage""

    This reverts commit b9ba7a75aff520e7b402dc1b61e165a3db44ae9c.

Reverts of reverts. For fun. If we do a kernel-doc package, it might
be better to be in a different SRPM.
