    * master:
      fix BSD/SVID patch, and fix up changelog entry (rpmlint was complaining about invalid date)
      update hostname patch
      fix patchlevel for patch200
      re-order some patches, remove unneeded glibc deprecated macros _BSD_SOURCE and _SVID_SOURCE
