commit 491dd6aa27db710b618aeaa60c2b7e3b4ffe7d18
Author: Paul Wouters <pwouters at redhat.com>
Date: Tue Apr 8 19:24:02 2014 -0400

Skip three patches in the test suite

One test (about pid and ppid) fails in mock - works fine manually
Two tests use a networked IP address for SOCKS which we cannot
    reach on the build servers.
