- Add scratch, scratch-bumpver and rc-release targets. (bcl)
- Add --newrelease to makebumpver (bcl)
- Add po-empty make target (bcl)
- Revive the mountExistingSystem() function and all it needs (vpodzime)
- Switch translations to use Zanata (bcl)
- Set EFIFS._check to True so that it gets correct fspassno (#1077917)
