Good idea, but friday 8pm UTC ? As I'm living in UTC+2 that's late in 
the evening over here. I might be able to attend sometimes, but 
certainly not every time. I'd prefer if we could find a different 
day/time or do special secondary arch rel-eng meetings once in a while 
if moving the normal rel-eng meeting would be too much hassle for the 
other rel-eng members.
