xguest for CentOS?

No it does not exist in RHEL5.  It will be in RHEL6.  It includes

/etc/sabayon/xguest.zip
/etc/security/namespace.d
/etc/security/namespace.d/ls
/etc/security/namespace.d/xguest.conf
/usr/share/doc/xguest-1.0.8
/usr/share/doc/xguest-1.0.8/LICENSE
/usr/share/doc/xguest-1.0.8/README

Config files and does some post install to add the xguest user and set
up temporary namespace.
