unconfined domains and Dan Walsh's article

I've been reading Dan's article about undefining the unconfined domain
("10 things you probably did not know about SELinux.. #4"). Curious as
I'm often am, I tried it. And hit bugzilla 627879... Are there any plans
to [continue/start] work on this?
