I guess this is a "never mind".  Even though I did a bugzilla search it wasn't until I "reported" the bug from the SELinux Alert Browser that I found....

It would be nice that the SELinux browser would, upon detection of a duplicate, tell you about it, add you to the CC list, but also allow you to remove your comment.  :-)
