Zoneminder and Selinux and the Infinite Story of Doom

If there's anything I can rearrange in the zoneminder package, please
let me know.  Some time ago I redid some default configuration stuff to
lay things out in a format more suited to proper selinux confinement,
but the mess of interwoven web interface and daemons seemed to me to be
kind of beyond what selinux is easily able to handle.

Also keep in mind that the primary maintainer of Zoneminder isn't really
around (and doesn't use the software); I try to fix up some things every
so often but I couldn't really call myself a useful maintainer.
