Adam Williamson has expressed an interest in filling the vacant seat
on the Server Working Group. We should vote on his confirmation.

Also, Stef Walters mentioned to me yesterday that he would like to
discuss some of the requirements on the role implementation at the
meeting.

Given Máirín's comments about the Personas, we may want to keep those
out of the meeting and address them via the mailing list this week.

So right now, I have:

 * Adam Williamson Confirmation
 * Discuss role implementation
 * Start formulating the PRD
