Fedora 21 Final Release Candidate 4 (RC4) Available Now!

Hi list,

After downloading and installing RC4, I noticed that the first call of 
rpcinfo -p after each reboot failed. I did not install any update as 
indicated in
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Test_Results:Fedora_21_Final_RC4_Server?rd=Test_Results:Current_Server_Test 
and filed a bug (https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1170333). 
The resolution is to install an upgrade (which indeed solves the issue) 
and then close the bugzilla. This upgrade resolution and the indication 
on the wiki page do not seem to be aligned. Should I update or not when 
a program of an RC fails?
