We're right up against the wire, now. The remaining two pieces we need
to discuss in depth are the product lifecycle/delivery and the server
role guidelines. I'm going to try to write up a straw-man document for
the latter today, which I realize will be short-notice for discussion
at the meeting tomorrow, but I think we need someplace to start or
we're going to get lost. After we cover those needs, I think we'll
have everything in place that we need in order to discuss the
lifecycle/delivery. (I note that this may end up requiring another
overflow meeting, since the PRD deadline is one week from *TODAY*
(meaning that tomorrow is our last regularly-scheduled meeting before
that).
