Sorry for the late agenda, I ended up on unplanned PTO yesterday.

The primary agenda item this week should be getting start with
implementation and scoping plans. We need to start figuring out
exactly what our first round of deliverables are going to look like.

Let's operate under the assumption that the PRD is going to be
approved as-is and move ahead.
