[Fedora-spins] Submission of 'Fedora' install spin kickstart

It's about time we move the kickstart file that generates the 'Fedora'
install spin to the spin-kickstarts repo. I didn't go through the step
of de-branding it, because it already has approval to be Fedora branded.

Spin Concept:
General purpose installable / upgradable OS, covers desktop
(Gnome/KDE), development, and server uses.

Kickstart:
  Attached.

SIGs Name:
This spin is maintained by the Fedora Release Engineering team

Scope:
Spin is officially released by the project
It should be included in the kickstart pool package, although it'll
also be included in the fedora-release package. Upon second thought,
perhaps we could do away with putting .ks files in fedora-release and
rely on the kickstart pool package instead.
The spin will be maintained for its lifecycle.
The spin doesn't expect to issue updates, at least not "officially".
The Fedora Unity project may use the spin kickstart as the basis for
their respins.

There is no feature page for this.
