[Fedora-spins] Meeting minutes

Lots of stuff happened, amongst which:

* the mini.ks got accepted;
 * huff is going to look at mixing and matching various duplicate
scriptlets in fedora-live-minimal.ks and fedora-live-base.ks, so that
ideally:

    * one kickstart is the basis for everything, and
    * one kickstart is the basis for regular desktop oriented spins (think
gnome, kde, xfce, lxde, etc)

   if nothing else, this is going to cause less duplication and make the
spins less prone to error.
