It turns out I messed up the tag and the Makefile version change is included
in the tar archive when it should have been done as a patch or a new tag.
Since I expect will do another tag soon I won't worry about it too much.
The other change that was just in the spec file is that parted is now
required. It is used by livecd-iso-to-disk.
