[Fedora-spins] livecd-creator with selected locales

I have created fedora remix based on f12 and desktop is XFCE.
 XFCE Sinhala localization is in progress.

But Firefox has the Sinhala interface.

but i could not find the localized interface of fireofx when i loged in to
Sinhala interface.
lang si_LK.UTF-8
%packages  --excludedocs --instLangs en_US si_LK was in the kickstart file
and

i have checked with %packages  --instLangs en_US si_LK but no luck.

How to fix this issue?
