[Fedora-spins] Nightly install image compose?

We were just talking about this in #fedora-admin. Apparently Anaconda
people still do not want nightlys but are happy with _weekly_ builds.
(This is second-hand -- if anyone from Anaconda team wants to chime
in that would be awesome.) Here's the ticket for making it happen:
