Shall we put up a wiki page with interested countries and their school 
terms? I'm pretty sure it's different from Czech Republic as well.

BTW I've just joined the mailing list. I have a very good relation with 
two universities in Brno, Czech Republic (one of them was hosting FUDCon 
two years ago) and their are for sure interested in Summer Coding.
