Hi Mentors,

I believe you are having a nice time with the students sorting out
submitted proposals.

However it is time for us to refine project ideas and then move sorting out
students as the next step in student proposal evaluation process.

Therefore please complete the following form on or before 2013-05-13 2300
UTC, those who complete this form will receive the Student Evaluation
Matrix. Therefore please make sure this is filled asap.

It is recommended that the primary mentor may fill this form but if it is
not possible one of the mentors may fill this before the deadline.
