[Test-Announce] Fedora 13 Alpha RC#2 Available Now

Greetings testers,

F13 Alpha RC#2 is uploaded for testing now. This version includes a new
anaconda, a new kernel, a new selinux-policy, and a new
python-urlgrabber. These should fix many if not all of the F13 Alpha
bugs left. Please validate both installation and desktop as usual to
ensure they meet Alpha Release Criteria[1].
