Me too... and moving that /usr/X11R6/lib/tls/i686 directory fixed it for
me as well.

I'm still using the 2.4.21-20.1.2024.2.1.nptl kernel with the latest
nVidia drivers as well, just as a reference point. I guess it's not tied
to the kernel version.
