Yeah, then you could follow Apple's lead by waiting for someone to
pronounce this as "Red Hat Linux Ex" and snarling at them that "it's
pronounced 'ten', not 'ex'".  Apple are the acknowledged experts in
marketing and human factors, so this must be the best approach, right?
