Graphical boot. Problems?(with screenshot)

Nick & Epps,

There is a first-draft mock-up for rhgb which should hopefully be in the 
process of being implemented by Jonathan.  There is also a new GDM theme 
which looks somewhat similar.  I have chosen to make things look a bit 
simplified in the next round of things.  Basically, I'm shooting for the 
"simple, yet elegant" approach when redesigning some of this stuff.  (:

What you currently see with rhgb is a placeholder put together by 
Jonathan.  It's not bad, but it is not planned to be the final look.
