xterm-179-4 broken

This is because the old package was broken and so now a directory is
trying to turn into a symlink.  Remove the old xterm package and the
install the new one.  Luckily, it's between two packages in beta
releases, so it's not a huge deal (it's why upgrades from betas -> betas
and beta -> final aren't supported :)
