RH recommends using Windows?

I don't get this.  If I get RHCE, it would be to put on my resume to prove
to a company that I know linux.  How has this changed?  I am sure Future
FHCE tests will center acount RHEL, but I am also sure if you know RHEL,
you know fedora.
