"Homeless" KDE desktop

if you remove the directory $HOME/Desktop and try to restart KDE after 
it, you should
have your Home  and Floppy icons on your desktop again.

Problem is that kdesktop does not update the Desktop directory if it 
already exist before starting KDE.  Please fill it to bugzilla. Thanks
