Those are the userland utilities. They are in RHL9 (maybe 8 as well).

It also requires a 2.4 kernel patch which is not in the servern2 kernel.

You could run the RHASv3/taroon kernel though which has the 2.4 patch.

You could also run a 2.6 kernel (currently at -test6) which includes
support with no patch required.
