*slaps forehead*  duh...I downloaded it, got distracted, and never
installed it. Works good now, except when I tried "acpi=force" (that was
testing something long ago).  Then it would just get done with the
graphical boot, you'd see the text "login", and the machine would lock
hard.  After I took that out and rebooted, all is good!
