Tranditional Chinese unreadable codes

    When I login into Tranditional Chinese X-window and type /sbin/service <service name> start/stop/restart, the unreadable code appears. Here lists what it shows:

[root at home root]# /sbin/service xinetd restart
       xinetd:                                                  [    蝣筝      ]
       xinetd:                                                  [    蝣筝      ]


But the current code must show as follows: ( RedHat 9)

[root at home root]# /sbin/service xinetd restart
停止 xinetd:  確定  ]
啟動 xinetd:  確定  ]

The code between [] is unreadable. Please fix it.
