The Dell Latitude D800 notebook uses the Broadcom BCM5705M
<http://www.broadcom.com/products/product.php?product_id=BCM5705M>
10/100/1000Mbps Ethernet controller (low-power BCM5705).

The current tg3 in FC1t3 doesn't have the PCI ID for the chip in question, and
IIRC it needs updated code to fully support this chip. You either need the
bcm5700 driver from
<http://www.broadcom.com/docs/driver_download/570x/linux-7.0.0.zip> — or
<http://www.broadcom.com/support/driver-sla.php?driver=570x-Linux> to get the
latest version — or you need the tg3 driver from linux 2.6.0-test4[0].
