Rawhide permissions?

I didn't see this question raised by anyone else (did I miss it?)...

Is something wrong with rawhide? ftp.redhat.com 'rawhide' doesn't
allow me to chdir into it. The same seems to be true of the few mirrors
I tried. With LFTP, the exact error is:

    cd: Access failed: 550 Failed to change directory. (/pub/redhat/linux/rawhide/i386/RedHat/RPMS)

Is this a time-of-day thing? Has the location moved? I don't see anything
on fedora.redhat.com...
