up2date hang on dependency test

	yeah, that should do it. old versions didnt truncate
the extraneous arches. .9 should. (actually, .7 should as
well, not sure if it ever landed in fedora though). 
And it looks like the time stamp on the header info
hasnt changed in a while, so it wasnt updating the
client side package lists. 

	update to .9 or newer, and blow away 
/var/spool/up2date/rawhide* and it should be
okay.
