Somewhat OT XFree86 question (maybe M. A. Harris will speak up)

I noticed some security fixes mentioned in the changelog for the recent
XFree86 4.3.0 packages. Are there any errata for RHEL 2.1, Red Hat 7.x,
or 8.0 in the pipeline? Or are the fixes not considered major enough?
