First of all you didn't mention what brand and model of TV card you are
using. This list is mainly for reporting bugs with Fedora Core. It's not
really for general help on linux. That said, I suggest you search on 
Google (http://www.google.com/)
using a string such as: linux TV. Here's one link, for starters:
