IIRC, you need to add:

debug_peer_level = 2
debug_peer_list = 127.0.0.1

to your /etc/postfix/main.cf .

You should have a /usr/share/doc/postfix-2.0.14/README_FILES/DEBUG_README
file on your system that explains debugging postfix.
